You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or in ways that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

The Service prohibits requesting, generating, uploading, editing, sharing, or distributing: (1) obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, or other adult or age-restricted content, including adult sexual services and dating services or applications; (2) child sexual abuse material or child pornography, sexualization or exploitation of minors, and any content depicting, targeting, or otherwise involving anyone under 18, including synthetic or fictional depictions; (3) intimate images made or shared without the depicted person’s explicit consent, including fabricated intimate images; (4) deepfakes of real people, face or voice impersonation, and imitation of celebrities or other public figures; (5) politically sensitive content, political deception, fabricated political statements or endorsements, and misleading election information; (6) racism, racial discrimination, hate speech, or content promoting discrimination against a person or group; (7) graphic violence, gore, or content encouraging violence; and (8) insults, humiliation, harassment, threats, or other abusive content. These restrictions apply to prompts, reference files, audio, images, videos, and outputs, whether real or AI-generated. Consent, fictional framing, or an AI label does not exempt otherwise prohibited content.

All content provided on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of 2.VIDEO and its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You must not bypass safety filters, age restrictions, or other safeguards. We reserve the right to review suspected violations, reject requests, block or remove prohibited content, restrict features, and suspend or terminate access. We may request evidence of age, identity, or consent when assessing a violation; providing it does not authorize prohibited content. We may preserve relevant evidence and report suspected unlawful activity to competent authorities as required by applicable law. To report prohibited content or appeal a restriction, contact the email in Section 12 with the relevant content or task reference. Do not attach or redistribute illegal material.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any changes by email. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgment of the modified Terms of Service; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms of Service.
