If you have a subscription, your credit quota will automatically reset at the start of each billing cycle. If you need more credits before the reset, you can purchase additional credit packs for immediate use.
Subscription credits reset monthly on your billing date. Credits from credit packs have the same validity period as your subscription and will expire on your next billing date. We recommend using them before renewal.
For subscriptions, you can cancel anytime but we don't provide refunds for past usage. For credit packs, due to the immediate allocation of computational resources, we cannot offer refunds. Please carefully consider your needs before purchasing.
